Your warehouse runs on dedicated capacity in EU data centres: primary in Falkenstein, Germany and backup in Helsinki, Finland. Encrypted at rest with keys we hold; encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. No part of your data ever crosses the Atlantic, and no US-headquartered company can be served a subpoena for it.

We are Custodea B.V., a Dutch company registered in Amsterdam. We have no US parent, no US office, and no US sub-processors. The CLOUD Act does not apply to us.
